For those traveling with spouses, guests or family members, there are two options for our Berlin program:

1. Hotel Room Only
$250 per person
For a surcharge of $250 to cover the increased nightly rate, an additional guest can stay in your hotel room. This does not include participation in any of the listed program activities; hotel room guests are there to explore Berlin on their own or share Free Time together. Daily breakfast is included in this rate.
2. Companion Rate
$1,500 per companion (limited to 1 per program participant)
This option allows companions to join select social experiences while preserving the integrity of the core program.
The fee includes:

Access to the Whova program app, including pre-departure resources, messaging with organizers and other participants, and access to the up-to-date agenda

Double-occupancy hotel accommodations (daily breakfast included)

Monday daytime hospitality area at the Grand Hyatt, as well as optional excursions (details forthcoming)

Monday evening Welcome Reception with full program cohort (at Grand Hyatt)

Wednesday evening Companion Dinner (a small group dinner made up of program companions; a chance to network and make connections)

Thursday evening Celebration Dinner with full program cohort
Participation Guidelines
Companions may only attend the experiences listed above and may not participate in any other program content, including:

Core sessions, plenaries, site visits, or facilitated discussions

Participant-only social or networking events, including sponsored small group dinners on Wednesday
